REVERSAL OF PAYMENTS FOR PURCHASES MADE AT TONY TIMES AND TELEPHONE SALES.

To request a reversal of the money you paid for your purchase through TONY TIMES and/or our hotline at number 3054710591, we inform you that, according to current regulations, your request must meet the following requirements:

  6. If you are not the owner of the payment method with which the transaction was made, remember that the person who must submit the request directly to the financial institution and TONY TIMES is the owner.

  7. If you request the reversal of periodic payments, you can notify your financial institution and TONY TIMES about your decision to revoke the authorization to make payments by said means.

  8. Remember that the payment reversal request applies as long as the payment for your purchase has been generated by electronic means. Example: Debit and credit cards.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products cosmetically upon receipt. Once this review has been completed, the delivery form of the product that will be supplied by the people making the delivery must be completed. This format will confirm that the item and all its parts are in good condition. This document must be signed to ensure satisfaction with the item and its condition. Since the first instance is the repair of the product and it will be sent to the supplier for technical diagnosis and repair (if applicable). If they require the diagnosis, it will be issued within fifteen (15) business days from the day following receipt of the request. (Decree 735 of 2013).

If the warranty on your item is valid, the defects of the good will be repaired completely free of charge and the required spare parts will be supplied in a timely manner. (Shipping costs will be assumed by us)

If the product does not allow repair or for some reason cannot be repaired, at the consumer's option, it will be replaced or the price paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.

The guarantee is not applicable when poor handling of the item by the customer is evident, or when the claim limit time offered by the manufacturer/seller has exceeded.

According to article 16 of Law 1480, your product will not have a warranty if the diagnosis issued is:

If the failure is repeated, at the consumer's option, a new repair will be carried out, the price paid will be refunded or the product will be exchanged for another of the same type, similar characteristics or technical specifications (Art. 11, Law 1480).

Once the term of the warranty offered by us expires, the customer must assume payment for any review, diagnosis, repair and/or replacement that the good requires.

Watches, accessories and jewelry have the same guarantee process as any good, as indicated by Law 1480 of 2011. Remember to select your item carefully, as it will NOT be exchanged for taste - it will only be exchanged for failures in quality or suitability. as long as it is appropriate.

If this happens, you must show a screenshot or visible proof of the reference you ordered and attach photos of what you received. In this case, the product for which it was actually ordered will be exchanged. (Shipping costs assumed by us). If there is no available stock of the product ordered, the customer can opt for a refund or a voucher that the customer can redeem for the same value that was initially paid.

Initially, the costs of transporting the Products subject to the Guarantee Request will be assumed by Tony Times, as the case may be. However, if the Product is in a different place than where it was purchased, the User must assume the transportation and/or shipping costs to make the guarantee effective.

Refund of money: The refund of money will only be strictly possible for the reasons mentioned and specified in the previous paragraphs.

This guarantee policy has been created based on the laws written in the 1991 political constitution, based on a fair balance between our interests and yours.
