REVERSAL OF PAYMENTS FOR PURCHASES MADE AT TONY TIMES AND TELEPHONE SALES.
To request a reversal of the money you paid for your purchase through TONY TIMES and/or our hotline at number 3054710591, we inform you that, according to current regulations, your request must meet the following requirements:

You must tell us that the product will be available to Tony Times to be picked up in the same place where we delivered it to you. Remember that the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

If you are not the owner of the payment method with which the transaction was made, remember that the person who must submit the request directly to the financial institution and TONY TIMES is the owner.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
